We are not contracted with any insurance companies. However, the payments you make may be reimbursable by your insurance company under your out of network physical therapy benefits; the exact percentage depends upon your plan. Due to the complex nature of insurance claims and reimbursement, I can make no promises as to whether you will receive reimbursement and recommend you contact your insurance directly if you choose to submit . You can also utilize your HSA or FSA accounts to pay for physical therapy treatment sessions.
Under our treatment model we are able to treat patients as we see fit without being dictated by insurance and to develop a course of treatment as we see most effective. This also typically means fewer visits and more customized care than one would receive in the traditional physical therapy setting.
No, Minnesota is a direct access state for physical therapy. You are not required to have a physician's referral order to be treated for the first 90 days. However, if you plan on submitting for insurance reimbursement it is recommended that you check with your insurance provider to see if they require a referral order.
We want to work for you and focus on your goals through addressing current limitations and allow you to get back to activity as quickly as possible. To ensure we are a good fit with you we offer a complimentary phone consultation or 15 min in person consult to evaluate you and provide you with insight into what we can do to help you achieve health and mobility without limitations or pain.
