At Revolution Performance we strive to educate and provide the tools and resources to individuals for continued success beyond the clinic. We can help with sports-related injuries both acute and chronic with emphasis on sports progressions and return to play, pre and post-surgical rehabilitation, running injuries, neck and back pain, hip and pelvic pain, knee pain, ankle/foot pain, shoulder pain, elbow pain, wrist pain, TMD/jaw pain, chronic and multi-focal pain, overuse injuries, mobility and functional limitations impacting sport or activity.
Fitness/biomechanical assessments for individuals that are looking to improve mobility/movement skills and techniques.
These assessments can be performed during the regular season, but can be more valuable to individuals in the off-season and prior to the start of their sports program. Through identifying any bio-mechanical limitations or problematic compensatory movement patterns we can teach you specific techniques, exercises, and strategies to correct any limitations or physical imbalances to help you reach your highest potential.
Our running analysis consists of a multidimensional approach that includes a movement screen, biomechanical assessment, and video analysis. This allows us to evaluate joint integrity, muscle/tissue mobility, foot mechanics, and body posture/alignment.
