Chris Meyer, owner/founder of Revolution Performance Physical Therapy is a physical therapist who specializes in sports medicine and rehabilitative care with a special interest in injury prevention and sports performance. His interest in health sciences and physical wellness started at an early age and has continued to evolve over the years.
Chris started his educational journey towards becoming a physical therapist at Winona State University and graduated with a degree in Movements Science/Exercise Physiology. That was followed by attending A.T. Still University in Arizona where he obtained his Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree.
Following graduation from A.T. Still University, Chris worked in a sports medicine clinic in the Phoenix, AZ area treating a variety of patients from weekend warriors to professional athletes. In 2014, Chris returned to his home state of Minnesota and worked at an outpatient physical therapy clinic where he gained experience treating complex patients and furthered his education in the science of Postural Restoration.
In 2019, Chris decided to open Revolution Performance Physical Therapy as a way to provide patients an individualized 1 on 1 treatment program without dealing with the constraints of insurance providers to help people return to sport and activity as quickly as possible.
Chris has a special interest in the science of Postural Restoration and sports performance and has taken numerous courses focusing on the influence of polyarticular chains on movement mechanics and body function.
